PEPSI CENTER THEATER BOX RENOVATION

A new paradigm for the private luxury suite within the Pepsi Center, the Theatre Box renovation combines the comfort and amenities of a sports bar into a sleek and sophisticated setting.  The new design delivers an experience that includes oversized swivel lounge seating, high end dining and first class concierge service.

The conversion of three existing suites creates an expansive area for five individual seating groups and includes a large bar with private liquor storage and food service areas. The material palette, consisting of zebra wood, quartz stone, modular arts panels, accent lighting and slatted porcelain tile, provides a warm and upscaled atmosphere within a semi-private setting for smaller groups of four to six patrons.  This prototype is replicated in other areas of the venue.
