HUE LOFTS

Known mostly for the strip, Las Vegas features a rapidly redeveloping urban core.  Centered on Fremont, the urban center features a number of districts including a newly emerging arts district.  HUE Lofts leverages the arts district for its design inspiration.

Situated on a very small but highly visible site, the design features two-story condominiums over a tightly spiraled parking structure.  The ground level features retail, lobby, and art gallery space in a free flowing open plan.  Additional art displays are located in common corridors and the roof-top amenity.  Even the signage, used to screen the parking garage, are envisioned as kinetic and graphic art.  The roof features extraordinary resident amenities with unobstructed views of both the strip and Fremont.  270, two-story condominiums are used throughout maximizing building efficiency and creating one-of-a-kind residential units.  Double height volumes at the living space enable broad expanses of glass and wonderful daylight for each unit.
