AL RAHA BEACH HOTEL TOWERS

Al Raha Beach Towers provide an anchor to the redevelopment of Al Raha.  Situated on a newly reclaimed island, the site features a new beach, marina, and extensive waterfront pedestrian paths.  At the larger scale, the site is well connected to adjacent developments and downtown Abu Dhabi.

Situated on the waterfront, the Al Raha Beach Towers feature a broad mix of uses.  These forty story towers include 360 for-sale condominiums, 300 serviced apartments, retail and office.  Underground parking, with valet service, is provided for residents and guests.  Spanning between the towers is a 50 key boutique hotel with premium ocean views.  The undulating form of the towers enables development of extensive sky terraces for the residents.
