SYMPHONY PARK MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

 

 

The first residential high rise development planned at Symphony Park provides a variety of residential living options, including street facing brownstones, live/work condominiums, urban lofts and rental flats in the heart of downtown Las Vegas.

 

As part of a 61-acre mixed-use redeveloped urban community, the new development celebrates the economic, cultural and civic development of a new demographic in the downtown core with an art infused lifestyle. This first distinct district features street-facing retail and restaurants and an active pedestrian scale urban street, encouraging and activating foot-traffic.

 

Formerly designed as a brownfield area with hazardous debris, this project establishes a model of sustainable urban development, with LEED certified design and amenities focused on smart growth and urbanism.
