ROSE & THORN

Rose & Thorn, is classified as a “swanky modern bar” and is the newest concept from Mainspring, LLC. This stunning hideaway will typically occupy between 2500 and 5000 sq. ft. The first location scheduled to open (April 2017) is one of a five chosen food and beverage offerings at the $500 MM Cowlitz Casino, 11 miles north of Portland, Oregon.

The name is both an ode to the Rose City of Portland and a nod to the elegance and originality of the beautiful flower. Rose & Thorn indicates a balance of both elegant interiors and creative offerings of food and spirits; this new hidden gem in the Pacific North West will surely be the place to get away in the newest resort in the region. The Thorn (in the name) allows us to realize that a balance in life is necessary so with the THORN we demonstrate the other side of beauty and elegance. The bar itself dominates the entire space stretching from one end to the other; the cooking stations “bookend” the originality and style of one of the finest beverage programs in the area. The back bar feels like it could be old, yet the oversized tattoo style logo centered in the back of the bar is a giveaway that there is a cutting edge to ROSE & THORN.
