RAPID CITY MIXED USE

The Rapid City Mixed-Use development is the result of a public / private partnership and the developers vision to transform Rapid City into a more urban, progressive community.  Consisting of an office tower, high-rise residences, ground floor retail, and public parking, this full block development is the largest of its kind in Rapid City.

Located in the heart of the historic district, the design reflects a rigorous analysis of the historic context.  Responding to materiality, massing, and horizontal alignments, the proposed design builds upon the existing context and reinforces the character of the historic district.  While the building represents a contemporary expression of the historic context, the design won unanimous approval from the Historic Design Review Committee.
